It’s an emotive ballad that leans in to their incredible vocal harmonies while permeating the texture with a combination of warm synths and brass lines. The whole thing eventually crescendos into a melting pot of impressive timbres and sounds. “We wrote about that feeling of being cornered into a way of living or being with someone that doesn’t feel right… and kind of saying that life is too short for that,” they explain on the single.
